Are VG 10 knives good?

Yes, some have a chip. The VG 10 blade might chip depending on how it is used. Chipping in knives can be caused by several things. The most common approach is to strike the blade against a hard surface.

This can happen if they’re stored or washed inappropriately. However, if you keep the blade at the rear bevel all of the time, it will not chip.
